Point Cook Fire Brigade has been connected with the RAAF Museum biennial Air Pageant since the brigade was established and February 28th 2010 saw the pageant held at the Point Cook RAAF base once again.
Approximately 25,000 people attanded the event at which Point Cook Fire Brigade assisted the RAAF by providing fire support. The gates opened at 09:00 and the flying display started at 13:00. Display flights from some of the old warbirds such as the Mustang, Spitfire, Kittyhawk etc were a hit with the older generations whilst displays from early jets like the Sabre and Vampire were more popular with the younger members of the crowd.
